Due to the nature of cowhide & leather products, small marks & scratches, discolouration and scars that occurred in nature are not classified as faults. These should be both expected and are a guarantee of authenticity.

Clothing care

All clothing is to be hand washed, inside out with cold water only. Do NOT tumble dry. Do NOT use stain removers or fabric softeners. These will affect the quality of the print. Failure to follow these instructions will be detrimental to the longevity of the print.

Leather care

Twin Oaks & Co leather is beautiful and durable at the same time. The material can last for many years but only if it is properly cared for.

Always make sure your hands are clean when handling your leather products. Keep in mind that leather naturally absorbs oils and other substances. The oil from your skin will darken your leather over time.

If you spill anything on your leather product, clean it immediately with warm soapy water and finish with a leather conditioner. Do not scrub or rub hard. Use proprietary leather cleaners only in strict accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

Do not over fill your bag. Over filling can cause your bag or purse to lose its shape permanently.

When storing your leather goods, they need to be out of direct sunlight and in a cool place. Sun exposure for long periods of time, can have irreversible effects on your leather. Avoid hanging your leather products on hooks. The material may stretch if left hanging for too long. If your bag or purse has metal hardware handles, put them inside the bag when stored.
